Step 1: Introduce yourself (Complete this online form)
Step 2: Send cover letter and resume to stepforward@communityfellowship.com
Step 3: 15-30 minute phone call to talk more about your interest in Step Forward
Step 4: Respond in writing to 9 questions & provide contact information for 3 references
Step 5: Step Forward Director contacts your references
Step 6: Group interview at CFC with some of your potential ministry supervisors
Step 7: Potential invitation to Step Forward & finish background checks
